Ermek Imambekov, the head coach of men’s team of Kazakhstan:

- Young and prospective sportsman from South Kazakhstani region Gabit Esimbetov became the state champion in the weight class up to 60 kg. I liked his behavior on tatami. Gumar Kyrgyzbaev from Almaty, who lost to Gabit in final, also was fighting well. It happened that way neither Eldos Smetov, who was recovering after injury now, nor Askhat Telmanov, who had caught a cold right before the championship, couldn’t perform, and the guys did their best in absentia of the weight leaders.

Zheksenbay Salamatov, the head coach of women’s team of Kazakhstan:

- I would like to note such judokas as Asel Kaisarova, Aigunym Tuitekova, Nazgul Kubasheva and Ruza Dukhturbaeva. They all showed an excellent fighting technics. As for the plans for next year, so the women’s team in renovated squad will be training hard during the first part of 2014, and they will start to work for the Olympic rating of the Ganes-2016 (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) beginning from May.
