​Semey and Turkestan: the building of modern sport complexes

Modern physical culture and recreational complexes will be built soon in Kazakhstani towns – Semey and Turkistan. The doors of these universal sport events will be opened for all who wish to be engaged in boxing, judo, taekwondo and weightlifting.

Within the frameworks of distinguished directions of sport development of Kazakhstan and material-technical base strengthening in country regions, decision about the sport complexes building was adopted by the President of Confederation of combat and strength sports Timur Kulibaev.

The building of physical culture and recreational complexes in these tows is implemented at full speed by Association of legal entities in “Kazakhstani boxing Federation” under the aegis of Confederation and with the assistance of sponsors. The next step is signing of memorandum about the cooperation between Confederation and Eastern Kazakhstan and South Kazakhstan regional administrations, according to which, after sport complexes commission, Confederation will supply these establishments with all necessary sport equipment and inventory. Work of sport sections and departments on such sports, like boxing, judo, taekwondo, sport wrestling and weightlifting will be organized. Qualifying coaching and training squad will be formed additionally.

Thus, these sport complexes will become the contribution to the future victories of Kazakhstani sportsmen, having maintained the preparing of sport reserve of national teams. This direction in the sphere of sport activity of our country promotes to effective implementation of state policy in physical culture and sport field in regions, as well as to creation of conditions to form health nation.
