The Confederation launched a free mobile application!

Combat and strength sports Confederation has launched a free mobile application «Private coach».

The application «Private coach» is aimed at sports and conditioning, helps you keep track of your progress and share your friends, learn more about healthy behavior and nutrition, draw up your own training program and much more. The following divisions of the personal coach are available for users:

- Training – a set of various training programs for diverse muscle group with an opportunity of creating own programs with defined schedule of training for achievement of established goals;

- Pedometer – an interactive pedometer for calculating of travelled distance, speed and exhausted energy by feet or bike;

- Nutrition – a complete menu for healthy nutrition with list of ingredients and opportunity to determine a daily ration with calories counting;

- Pulse diagnosis – a heart rate measurement for tracking of the present status in various conditions;

- Diary – a summary of all your sports activities, statistics of calories consumed;

- Playlist – your individual playlist with the music for maintaining of tone during training;

- Articles – constantly enlarged collection of articles on healthy life, fitness, nutrition and food additives;

- Tape of events – tape of your friends achievements, which can be compared with your success;

- Users – search and preview of the profiles of users, who could be added to the friends list.

The medalist of the Olympic Games in female wrestling Guzel Manyurova and the world champion in weightlifting Vladimir Sedov were involved on creation of photo and video-instruction of training.

«Private coach» is completely synchronized with a special section of the official site of the Confederation.
