The world judo championship: results

The world youth judo championship finished in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
Kazakhstani national team, unfortunately, didn’t manage to pass elimination round in the team competitions. Men conceded to the Japanese team in fights, and women lost to the team of France.

Men
1 place – Georgia
2 place – Greece
3 place – Ukraine, Japan
Women
1 place – Japan
2 place – France
3 place – Croatia, Germany
Let us remind that according to the results of individual competitions Kazakhstani national team takes the seventeenth place. Kazakhstani judoka Samat Esen (90 kg) took the silver medal at this championship.
